With feta cheese, bread crumbs, marinated cherry tomatoes, and basil.

TUESDAY – Chicken Betutu
With cassava leaf, local spices, and sambal matah.
Served with yellow steamed rice.

WEDNESDAY – Chili Con Carne
With red kidney beans, beef, scallions and coriander.
Served with tortilla.

THURSDAY – Lamb Meatballs
With figs, goji berries, spices, yoghurt and herbs.
Served with organic steamed rice.

FRIDAY – Greek Soup
With beef meatballs, lemon, and parsley.
Served with sourdough bread.

SATURDAY – Butter Chicken
With paratha bread, masala, chili and coriander.
Served with basmati rice.

SUNDAY – Cod Grenobloise
With lemon, parsley, capers and cornichons.
Served with sourdough bread.
