A very interesting collaboration between Arca as a local Balinese coffee farmer, Asger as a pastry chef, and Fahmi as a roaster. Together, they processed Bali Kintamani coffee using yeast from strawberries made by our pastry chef fermented for 24 hours and dried for approximately 14 days in Ulian Kintamani village. Producing a unique coffee flavor that has a very high sweet content and a very balanced body complemented by a very beautiful floral aroma. Savor the journey, only at Rüsters Roastery.
